Understanding the Scoring Scale

Each criterion is scored on a 4‑point scale intended to reflect readiness for the next phase, not perfection or guaranteed success.
  1. Not Yet Ready indicates the idea or approach is unclear, unsupported, or insufficiently developed.
  2. Developing reflects a promising direction with meaningful gaps in clarity, evidence, or execution planning.
  3. Proficient signals that the organization presents a clear, credible, and well‑reasoned case grounded in the work of the accelerator.
  4. Advanced should be used sparingly to recognize innovations that demonstrate exceptional rigor, learning, and readiness to move forward.
