Heath Naquin leads capital strategy, dual‑use commercialization and AI‑driven ecosystem development for Philadelphia based University City Science Center.

Matt Roth is the President and CEO of Community Reinvestment Fund, USA. He is an entrepreneurial leader with demonstrated achievement in community development financial services.
His skills like in building and leading teams, financial and strategic acumen, and raising both debt and equity capital in the service of community development.
He began his career in credit/risk management/strategic planning in Chicago where he created and ran Harris' Hispanic Banking program. In his role there, he opened three branches in Latino communities, developed a wire transfer service, and created a bi-lingual call center and Spanish-language website. He was then given the opportunity to serve as IFF's first Chief Operating Officer, and with a reorganization in 2018, he was promoted to serve as President of their CDFI.
