| Implementation Readiness | How prepared is the organization to execute this roadmap? | 0: Not Ready 2-3: Moderately Ready 4: Fully Ready |
| Community Impact Potential | How significant could the community development impact be? | 0: Minimal 2-3: Moderate 4: Transformational |
| Sector Advancement | How much could this innovation advance the CDFI field overall? | 0: No Advancement 2-3: Moderate 4: Major Advancement |
Who Evaluates Your Work?
Your proposal is assessed by three types of evaluators to ensure balanced, comprehensive feedback:
🏢 Internal Program Staff
Focus: Program alignment, consistency, progress tracking
🎯 External Industry Expert
Focus: Innovation quality, market viability, technical feasibility
👥 Peer CDFI Review
Focus: Practical implementation, replicability, operational reality
💡 Pro Tip: Self-Assessment
After each module, use the rubric's rating scale to self-assess your progress. Focus on improving areas with lower scores before Demo Day.
