Cohort Profiles

Meet the Intrapreneurs: Driving Innovation from Within
Our cohort members are intrapreneurs
These are bold thinkers and doers who are innovating inside of their organizations. Unlike traditional entrepreneurs who build from the ground up, intrapreneurs work within existing structures to spark change, launch new initiatives, and solve complex problems with agility and vision. By supporting them, you’re not just offering guidance—you’re fueling transformation from the inside out.

What sets intrapreneurs apart:
  • They accelerate innovation within established systems
  • They bridge strategy and execution with real-world impact
  • They champion change while navigating organizational dynamics

As a Technical Assistance Provider, you’ll help these changemakers sharpen their strategies, overcome barriers, and amplify their impact—one session at a time.

    What Makes Serving Intrapreneurs Different?

    • They’re Innovating Within Existing SystemsIntrapreneurs operate inside organizations, not outside them. They’re navigating internal politics, legacy systems, and institutional constraints while trying to drive change. Your support helps them balance bold ideas with organizational realities.
    • Strategy Meets DiplomacyUnlike entrepreneurs who often have full autonomy, intrapreneurs must influence without authority. They need guidance on stakeholder alignment, internal buy-in, and navigating resistance. Your role is part strategist, part coach, part sounding board.
    • Impact Is Scaled Through Institutions: Supporting intrapreneurs means your insights ripple through entire organizations, agencies, or ecosystems. Their success can lead to systemic change, not just individual wins.
    • They’re Often Under-Resourced but High-PotentialIntrapreneurs may not have startup-style funding or freedom, but they have access to infrastructure, networks, and influence. Your guidance helps unlock those assets and turn constraints into creative fuel.
    • The Coaching Is More Contextual: You’re not just helping them build something—you’re helping them build something within something. That means your advice needs to be tailored to their organizational culture, mission, and limitations.

Supporting intrapreneurs is a chance to shape innovation from the inside out.
You’re helping changemakers who are already embedded in systems where transformation is needed most.

    Concept Development & Validation

Shape the solution, test assumptions, and validate the model with stakeholders for real-world relevance.

    Feasibility & Impact Modeling

Assess operational, financial, and regulatory feasibility, and model the impact of the solution.

Pilot Planning & Innovation Capital Alignment

Design a pilot project, identify risks, and develop a measurement plan to prepare for implementation and scaling.
